After graduating from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, I moved to Orlando, FL to fulfill my lifelong dream of working for the Mouse. Before my move across the country I hadn't traveled much at all in my life, and it was this big leap that helped me to discover there was so much more in the world that I wanted to see.
This, ultimately, is what made me decide to shift into the world of freelance. I take commissions and have been selling my original works online and at markets throughout the nation - in order to keep a free schedule and travel the world. I have now been to over 20 different countries and every Disney property on Earth!
I run a travel blog with my boyfriend, Fabian, called PlacesWeKissed.com where our content has been spotlighted by international travel agencies. I have done product photography and made stop-motion animations for companies like Jakks Pacific which were used for social media campaigns. I've also worked with them to host giveaways on Instagram and live chats leading up to releases of their latest products on Twitter. I have designed products for indie brands such as Casual Fashion Queen and I was a finalist in Modcloth's Make the Cut Contest for one of my illustrations.
After working for myself these past few years, I find myself yearning to be part of a creative team again. In a time where the world seems so divided, I’d like to see myself working for a company aimed at fighting for a greater good.If there’s one thing I have learned from traveling, it’s that we’re really not so different at all.
If you're interested in collaborating via art, video, or writing, please head to my contact page - I'd love to hear from you! I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, and Final Cut Pro - but I also enjoy working with traditional mediums such as gouache, acrylic paint and clay.
